Refunds for Classes, Personal Training, and Events.

We can cancel your registration for a class, personal training appointment, or competition/event up to 24 hours before the start time and issue a full refund. Any cancellations after 24 hours can not be refunded, but can be applied to a future class.

Returns for Physical Goods

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Customer is responsible for the return shipping.

RETURN PROCESS

Call us at 828-442-7404 to initiate a return, after you have contacted VOD Tac, place the item securely in its original packaging, please use a tracked and/or insured shipping method, any lost items will be issued refunds. Mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number above to arrange a refund or exchange.
